Where is God? Do we know when He has touched our lives? Do we recognize His saving grace?
Has He interceded into our affairs, helped us at a critical moment, or inspired us with a perfect idea? These are questions I frequently had. They are questions I suspect you may have had also.
I now believe the Lord is always around, often diverting, protecting, equipping and inspiring our lives. There are times we are oblivious to what He has already done on our behalf. Sometimes we avoid dangerous situations or have a ”close call” and don’t give Him the credit. Perhaps you “just barely” avoided a dangerous accident. Maybe you met someone at the right time that benefited your future. Haven’t you been worried about a medical test, being paid on time, or your child’s welfare? Like magic, it all worked out. Maybe your worries were over inflated and calmed by a successful outcome. I believe this is divine intervention. I don’t believe in luck or coincidence. The Lord is always at work in human affairs. Especially for the souls that have faith and love Him!
What about creative ideas, sudden motivatIons, or miraculous problem solving with one of a kind solutions? Are we so proud of ourselves that we take all credit for these things? What if I told you that the ”out of thin air” ideas and perfect creativity probably came from God? Haven’t you suddenly come up with the perfect words for a speech, a letter, or a song? What about science? Are these scientific minds in the past or present creating something new? Maybe they are really only discovering solutions and products already created or inspired by the Lord.
For example:
I believe these are examples of divine inspiration. Whenever you hear of an “accidental discovery”, a ”freak accident”, or an ”unintentional outcome”, God is most likely involved! So we should thank and praise our Lord Jesus Christ. He is our light, our salvation, our inspiration and our protector. When outcomes are better than expected or perfect in there conclusion. When ideas come from no where and solutions just ”pop up”. Remember to give the Glory to God. Most likely He will be there the next time you really need Him!
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. John 1:3 (NIV)
